It is a leukotriene receptor (receptor) antagonist that blocks substances called leukotrienes in the note (showing opposite effect). Improves asthma symptoms by preventing leukotrienes and improves allergic cold.
It is not a steroid in the note (cholesterol-related, fat-structured organic compound). Studies have shown in the Note that it does not affect the growth rate of children (more information about asthma and allergic cold (rinitis) is included in the following sections).

What is Used for in the Note?
Allergic Rhinitis:
In the note it is prescribed for the treatment of stubborn asthma and the elimination of symptoms of allergic cold (rinitine):
It is used in the note to help control the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (purple, nasal congestion, runny nose and itching). In the note, the chew tablet is used to relieve symptoms of seasonal allegic rhinitis and perenial allergic rhinitis (continuing throughout the year) in pediatric patients aged 6-14 years.
The note is available in packages of 28 and 90 tablets. Each tablet contains 5 mg of montelukast.
What is allergic rhinitis?
- Seasonal allergic rhinitis, also known as hay fever, is triggered by allergens found outside the home, such as tree, grass and grass pollen.
- Long-standing (perenial) allergic rhinitis can be seen year-round and is often triggered by allergens in the home, such as house dust mites, animal dander dandruff, and/or mold spores.

What is asthma?
Asthma is a continuous (chronic) inflammation of the bronchial airways, which are tubes that carry air outside the body to the lungs. Symptoms of asthma are:

What are the Side Effects on the Note?
Like all drugs, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to substances contained in the Note.
Also, 10 Mg in the note side effects reported in clinical trials with film-coated tablets include:
- Headache
- Abdominal pain
The side effects of notta are usually mild and occur at a higher frequency in patients treated with montelukast than in placebo (drug-free tablets).
Side effects are defined as shown in the following categories:

Uncommon side effects
- Alegic reactions [swelling of the face, lips, tongue and/or throat (creating breathing or swallowing)]
- Behavior and mood changes (dream abnormalities, including nightmares, difficulty falling asleep, sleepwalking, irritability, feeling anxious, restlessness, irritability, irritable behavior, and hostility-related restlessness (agitation), depression
- Dizziness, drowsiness, tingling/numbing, seizures [convulsions (intentional contraction of muscles) or crises]
- Nose bleeding
- Dry mouth, indigestion, bruises, itching, urticaria
- Joint or muscle pain, muscle cramps
- Fatigue, not feeling well, swelling
Rare side effects
- Increased bleeding tendency, the,
- Flicker
- Palpitations
- Hallucinations (seeing things that don't actually exist), Disorientation, suicidal thoughts and behavior (including suicide)
- Hepatitis (liver inflammation)
- Red, tissue-painting red bumps (erythema nodosum) under the skin and most often in the area above your shank bone, severe skin reactions that occur suddenly without any symptoms (erythema multiforme)
- Very rare cases have been reported in patients treated with Montelukast, including a combination of influenza disease, numbness or tingling in the arms or legs, worsening of lung symptoms and/or a rash (Churg-Strauss Syndrome).
If you experience one or more of these symptoms, you should tell your doctor.

How is it used in the Note?
Children with asthma (6-14 years old):
- Even if you do not experience asthma symptoms, you should give your child every day as long as your doctor prescribes it to you.
- If asthma symptoms worsen or if you need to use more of the rescue inhaled medicine taken for asthma attacks, call your doctor immediately.
- Do not use notta to achieve short-term improvement in an asthma attack.
- When your child has an asthma attack, you need to do what your doctor tells you to treat asthma attacks.
- Always take your child's rescue inhaled medicine with you for asthma attacks.
Do not stop giving other asthma medicines to your child or reduce your dose unless your doctor tells you to.
In children with seasonal allergic rhinitis and in children with perenial affergic rhinitis (614 years):
- Give the note to our child once every day at the same time.
- You should give the note to your child once a day as long as your doctor prescribes it.
- You can give it regardless of meal times. But if taken with food, it should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.
- In the note it is taken only by mouth.
- You can take it on an empty stomach or with food.
- For children 2-5 years old 4 mg of chewable tablet in the note,
- For children 6-14 years old, 5 mg of chewing tablets can be used in the note.
Note use in kidney/Caribbean insufficiency patients
- In patients with renal insufficiency, there is no need to adjust the dose. Patients with mild-to-moderate hepatic insufficiency do not need dose adjustment. There is no data on patients with severe liver failure.
If you have an impression that the effect of the note is too strong or weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
What to Do in case of Overdose?
No side effects have been reported in most of the overdose reports.
The most commonly reported symptoms along with an overdose in adults and children are abdominal pain, drowsiness, thirst, headache, vomiting and hyperactivity.
If you have used more than you should use in the note, talk to a doctor or pharmacist.
What Should I Do When I Forget to Use the Note?
Try to take your medicine as recommended.When you forget to take a dose of the drug, do not take this dose, and then proceed to normal use.
Do not take double doses to offset forgotten doses.
Effects that May Occur When Treatment with Note Is Terminated
If your child continues to take the Note, the medicine may only treat your child's asthma.
It is important that you take the note for the time prescribed by your doctor. It will help control your asthma in the note.

What Should Users Note Pay Attention to?
- If your asthma or breathing worsens, tell your doctor right away.

- If you have asthma and your asthma gets worse when you take acetylsalicylic acid (aspirin), try not to use aspirin or other pain medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs while taking the note.
If these warnings apply to you, even at any time in the past, please consult your doctor.
Food and Beverage Consumption with Note
In the note, 5 mg can be taken together with food or separately. If taken with food, it should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.
Is it Used in the Note During Pregnancy (Pregnancy) Period?
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine.
If you are pregnant or planning to have children, you should consult with their doctor before taking the Note. Your doctor will assess whether you can use it in the Note during this period.
If you notice that you are pregnant during your treatment, consult your doctor immediately.
Can it be Used in the Note During Breastfeeding?
Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using the medicine.
It is not known whether the note passes into breast milk. If you are breastfeeding or considering breastfeeding your baby, consult your doctor before taking it in the Note.
Vehicle and machinery use
Not expected to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, the responses people give to medications may be different. Certain side effects (headedness and sleepiness) that are rarely reported with the note may affect the ability of some patients to drive or operate machinery.
What is the Active Substance in the Note?

Is It Used in the Note Along with Other Drugs?
- Some drugs may change the mechanism of action of the Note or change the mechanism of action of your other drugs in the Note. If you are taking the following medications, tell your doctor before starting notarya:

- Phenytoin (used for the treatment of epilepsy)
