Doline is a product offered in 2 ampoule boxes containing 1g of etophenamate active ingredient with pain relief, inflammation remover and fever lowering properties in 1 ml of injection solution.
Etofenamate is an active ingredient belonging to the group of non-steroidal analgesic/anti-romatic agents and has anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory), pain relief (analgesic) properties.

What is Dolin Used For?
Used in the treatment of the following conditions:
- Degenerative joint disease, joint calcification (osteoarthritis)
- Rheumatic disease with inflammation of the joints (romatoite arthritis)
- A rheumatic disease (ankylosing spondylitis), which is especially seen with the loss of joint and movement in the spinal joints
- Inflammation of the joints (acute gout arthritis), which occurs suddenly from time to time, often manifested by inflammation in the toe, causing severe pain, sensitivity, redness and swelling on the joints
- Acute musculoskeletal pain
- Inflammation, swelling and soft tissue damage (postoperative pain) that can be seen after surgery
- Menstrual pain (dismenorrhea)
Note: The solution for injection is used only in cases where local application of ethofenamate is not useful or is not suitable. As a rule, treatment should be limited to a single injection.
Due to the slow release of the Doline I.M. active substance from the applied place, it is not suitable for the initiation of treatment in diseases that require rapid onset of action.

What are the Side Effects?

These reactions can be seen when the drug is used for the first time.
How is Dolphin Used?
Your doctor will determine the dose of Doline I.M. and administer it to you depending on your disease.
The general dose of use is 1 ampoule Doline I.M.’ into muscle by deep injection. If it is considered to continue treatment of etofenamate, you can apply it locally to treatment after application of Doline I.M Doline Gel or Doline Spray he can tell you to continue.
Doline I.M. bulb is for application into muscle. After breaking the bulb, the injection solution in it is drawn into a syringe and injected deeply into the muscle with a long enough injection needle. Before injecting the solution, the plunger of the syringe is pulled back very little to ensure that no blood vessels are damaged.

What Should I Do When I Forget to Use Dolin?

Who Shouldn't Dolin be Used by?
If there is a risk of cardiovascular system,
- NSAIDs or pain medications can lead to an increased risk of thrombotic events related to stroke, heart attack and cardiovascular system, which can be fatal. This risk may increase with duration of use. People at risk of cardiovascular disease or cardiovascular disease may have a greater risk.
Doline I.M. for pain treatment in preparation of coronary artery by-pass graft surgery should not be used.

- Furasemide and diuretic (irritating) drugs
- Antihypertensives (drugs that lower high blood pressure)

- Varfarin and similar drugs that prevent blood clotting or dilute the blood
- Digoxin (used to treat heart failure)
- Phenytoin (used in the treatment of epilepsy)
- Corticosteroids (a group of drugs that are widely used, such as inflammation, allergies or organ transplantation)
- Potassium retainer diuretics
- Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSR1) (used to treat depression)
- Probenecid or sulfinpyrazone (used to lower the increased uric acid levels in the blood)
