What is Colnar Used For?
Different types of cholesterol in the blood are found in “bad cholesterol” (LDL-C) and “iyi cholester” (HDL-C) -. Colnar lowers “evil” cholesterol, raises “iyi” cholesterol. What Are the Side Effects of Colnar?
Like all drugs, there may be side effects in people who are sensitive to substances contained in the Colnarin content.

- Severe allergic reactions include swelling of the face, lips, tongue and/or throat, difficulty swallowing and breathing, severe itching of the skin (along with swelling).

These are all very serious side effects. You may need immediate medical attention or hospitalization.All of these very serious side effects are rare.

- Jaundice (yellowing of the eyes and skin)
- Hepatitis (liver inflammation)

- Nervous damage to the nerves in the arms and legs (for example, scavenging)
- Joint pain
- Memory loss.
These are all serious side effects. Urgent medical intervention may be required. These serious side effects are very rare.

How is Colnar Used?
Always use it as directed by your doctor. If you are unsure, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Initial dose Even if you have been using different statins in higher doses before, your starting dose for treatment with Colnar should be 5 mg or 10 mg.
Your choice of starting dose varies according to the following situations:
- Your cholesterol level
- Your level of risk of having a heart attack or stroke
- The presence of factors that can make you more sensitive to possible side effects
Choose the appropriate starting dose of Colnar with your doctor or pharmacist. Your doctor may give you the lowest (5 mg) dose of Colnar if:
- If you are over 70 years old.
- If you have moderate liver problems.
- If you are at risk of muscle pain (myopathy).
Dosage increase and highest daily dose:
Your doctor may decide to increase the dose of your medication. If you started with a dose of 5 mg, your doctor may increase the dose to 2 times, ie 10 mg, then 20 mg, then 40 mg. If you started with a dose of 10 mg, your doctor may increase the dose to 2 times, 20 mg, and then to 40 mg. There should be four-week intervals between each dose adjustment.

- If you have kidney problems,
- If you have liver problems
- If you have recurrent or unexplained muscle pain, a personal or family history of muscle problems, or have previously had muscle problems using other cholesterol-lowering medications. - If you regularly drink too much alcohol.
- If your thyroid is not working properly

Colnar Skirt Ingredients

Colnar tablets contain lactose. If you have previously been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to certain sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
Collnar Use Together With Other Drugs
- Cyclosporine (for example, used after organ transplantation), warfarin (or another drug used to thin blood), fibrates (such as gemfibrozil, phenofibrate) or other cholesterol-lowering drugs (such as ezetimib), etc, indigestion-relieving drugs (used to neutralize acid in your stomach), cholestyramine and colestipol (safra acid binders), erythromycin (an antibiotic), oral birth control drugs, hormone replacement therapy or lopinavir/tell your doctor if you are taking one of the medicines Ritonavir (HIV infection). The effects of these drugs can be altered by Colnar, or these drugs can alter the effects of Colnar.
